

On December 4, 2025, Pan Feng, Vice Chairman of CEATEC and President of ECECDC, held a working meeting with Luo Jin, Minister Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy to Italy. The two sides exchanged views on the current development of China–Italy economic and trade relations, key areas of industrial cooperation, and progress related to the China–EU Geographical Indications Agreement. They also carried out in-depth discussions on several major upcoming events, including the China–EU Geographical Indications Agreement Forum and the China–Germany (China-Europe) Hidden Champions Forum to be held in Shunyi District, Beijing next year, the Second China–Europe Business Leaders and Former Senior Officials Dialogue in Nanjing, and the China–Italy Agricultural Cooperation and Development Forum to be held in Rome. Both sides expressed their willingness to strengthen coordination and cooperation to jointly advance the organization and implementation of these activities, further promoting the deepening of China–Italy economic, trade, and industrial cooperation. Lu Li, Executive Secretary-General of the CEATEC-EUWC, accompanied the meeting.
